ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini—pick one and go.

This week, I stopped saying that.

The Fork is Real

The gap between AI tools is widening fast.

Not in features. In actual business capabilities.

Claude is shipping things that matter for real work:

Claude Code (AI that actually writes and edits code)
Claude Cowork (launched this week—Claude Code for non-coders)
Computer use, file organization, data analysis

ChatGPT is still a great personal assistant.
But for building and running a business? Claude is pulling away.

(Meanwhile, OpenAI started testing ads in the feed this week. Make of that what you will.)

What the Big Players See

McKinsey's CEO just said 25,000 of their 65,000 employees are now "AI agents."

That's not marketing speak. That's a consulting giant betting their future on AI doing real work.

The race to actual business impact with AI is accelerating.

And from where I sit—testing these tools daily, building with them, watching what works—Claude is leading.

The Deeper Truth

This isn't about being a fanboy.

They're not anymore.
